The Role
What is an Aquapreneur?
An Aquapreneur is a community entrepreneur trained and equipped by Global Empowers to operate a water distribution micro-business. They purchase clean water wholesale from a Vigor Aqua station, then resell via routes they own — to homes, schools, clinics, and local businesses. The model creates income, eliminates the water walk, and builds community stakeholders who have a financial reason to protect the infrastructure they depend on.

Supervises 5–10 Aquapreneurs. Manages logistics, quality, and route expansion. Earns override commission. Promoted from Aquapreneur ranks only.

District Director
Oversees multiple Area Managers. Sits on district ZCIF governance board. Manages station expansion pipeline. Promoted from within — always.
