Impact Formula
Litres ÷ 20 × 6 = People Served
20 litres daily per person (WHO minimum is 15L — we use 20L conservatively). 6-person average household size across active districts. We publish only what we have measured.
Every station is physically metered. Revenue is tracked against litres dispensed. Discrepancies are flagged and investigated. No number is estimated — all figures are derived from station-level records.
System Integrity Standards
Revenue tracked and reinvested via structured ZCIF allocation formula.
Station-level performance monitored and reported monthly.
Community ownership enforced through signed governance charters.
All ZCIF capital draws are cryptographically signed and auditable.
Annual independent financial review by Australian Foundation board.
